Route 64E to Route 264. Take Rosemont Exit, then left to Virginia Beach Boulevard (Rt. 58). Turn right on the Blvd. and go to 1st traffic light. Turn left onto Little Neck Road and go approximately 2 miles (From Laskin Road, traveling away from the oceanfront, Laskin runs into VA Beach Blvd. You will then turn right onto Little Neck Road.) Turn right at first Middle Plantation entrance (Middle Plantation Reach). Immediately turn right onto Middle Plantation Quay. Go to 2nd right and turn onto Heron's Gate. Follow to end (cul de sac) and continue onto gravel road (Yeates Lane). 2nd house on right is McDearmid's.
